Delivery Information
1• We offer free as well as paid shipping throughout the world. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
2• Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
3• As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
4• Normally orders placed before 1 PM GMT on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
5• Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
6• The orders might not be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses, rural addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
7• Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 4-10 working days.
8• For shipments delivered, the customer’s state/country may charge CUSTOM / IMPORT Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control paid by the buyer and can’t be reimbursed.
9• Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
10• Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
